e-meteo.gr uses essential technologies required for operation and, only after the visitor's positive choice, Google Analytics 4 statistical cookies and Monetag advertising technologies. The Google AdSense code has been installed for site review, but no ad units or Auto ads are active and AdSense ads are not yet being displayed.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, is used to collect statistical information about website usage.

Google Analytics operates through Google Consent Mode v2 in Advanced Mode. Optional consent categories default to denied. When statistical consent has not been granted, Google Analytics cookies are not stored on the device. In Advanced Mode, limited cookieless signals concerning consent status and website usage may still be sent to Google.

After consent, full Analytics operation may be enabled and cookies such as _ga may be used. Analytics consent is separate from the choices that will apply to AdSense advertising if it is enabled.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. GA cookies accessible to the website are deleted where technically possible after withdrawal.

Google AdSense (not yet serving ads)

If ad delivery is enabled after site approval, Google and participating providers may store or access cookies and similar local-storage technologies and process technical data and information about ad impressions or interactions. These may be used to deliver, measure, and secure ads and, where permitted with the required consent, personalise ads based on prior visits to websites. Names and retention periods vary by provider and settings.

A Google European regulations message has been published in AdSense. Before ads begin serving, its display and consent-choice handling will be confirmed. For personalised ads in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google requires a certified CMP integrated with the IAB TCF. The _ga and _ga_* cookies may be created only after statistics consent. Exact retention can be affected by browser and service settings.

Essential and local technologies

The private /admin/ area uses an essential session cookie only for secure administrator sign-in. Units, favourite places, layout and temporary public-data caches may use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB for website operation and faster loading.

Monetag and advertising technologies

Monetag and its service-worker code remain inactive without consent for “Advertising”. After consent, cookies, local storage, technical identifiers and a push subscription may be used for advertising delivery or measurement and fraud prevention. Push permission is requested separately by the browser. You can withdraw advertising consent through “Cookie Settings” and push permission through your browser or device settings.
