What e-meteo is
e-meteo was created and is operated by Theodoros Skoultsos. Its aim is to present Greek weather in a clear, useful form, from a city forecast to the particular needs of a beach, hiking route, journey or agricultural task.
The website is not a national meteorological service and does not issue official warnings. It processes open data, applies presentation calculations and explains available values in straightforward language.
How content is prepared
Local guides, Meteopedia articles and explanatory text are written specifically for e-meteo. They are reviewed for practical value and natural language instead of being mass-produced pages that only swap location names.
Limits and responsibility
Every forecast contains uncertainty, especially at longer ranges or during rapidly developing local events. Decisions involving protection of life and property, navigation, aviation, mountain safety or civil protection must follow the competent official authorities.
